Can anyone help with this please, I'm on humira it has relieved many oh my severe crohns problems for which I am so grateful, but I havealmost doubled in size in 9 months and I get dreadful headaches and nausea, I take cyclizine for the nausea but it sends me to sleep which I don't always want...

Please help, I have put so much weight on since starting humira last summer it is getting unreasonable now I need to do something. I have a as healthy as can be lifestyle now thanks to humira but cannot stop the steady weight increase
