Rereading the Bosch series by Michael Connolly , on the Black Echo at the moment , and when that gets too tense I switch over to Tom Sharpe or Terry Pratchett ,love rereading my favourite books ,it's very comforting.

Hey Bufford when my laptop has any problems I just do a fresh reinstall using a USB drive , I use Chrome browser and it saves all your bookmarks and passwords, I save everything else in a large external drive and it only takes about an hour and I'm up and running again , Really easy to do...

Restart the computer a few times ,it sounds like your graphics driver needs to be updated , what OS are you running windows 10 or 11 ? , sometimes drivers go missing but should not have taken your bookmarks .
