    The biggest challenge so far has been knowing when my energy levels are too low and I just need to spend a few days on the couch. However I think I'm getting better at listening to my body lately! Thank you for the advice =D

    I try for the most part to stick with chicken or very lean beef. Sounds like experimenting with baking or grilling would be best =) Thanks so much for the help!! The breadcrumb/chicken breast recipe sounds delicious too; might have to whip that up!
