    When was your first BM after small bowel resection?

    It took me 4 days to have a bowel movement. Dont be surprised if his first 5-10 bowel movements are all black colored, and the consitencey of coffee grinds. Thats normal from all the old blood.

    Normal Bowel Movements after resection

    Had 20 inches of intestine removed nearly 2 weeks ago. (laparoscopic-assisted ileocecal resection with ileal to ascending colon anastomosic) I've had diahria 5-6 times a day since... I'm eating well, and feeeling pretty good as well. Just lots of diahria. I'm wondering when that improves...

    I am a 34 year old male, and while I have very little symptoms... I have pretty serious fistulizing crohns disease. I have 2 fistulas on the ileum (one conects ileum, the other conects to the bladder). I also have 4 perianal (rectum) fistulas. My ileum is also moderately inflamed. Anyways...

    Hernia surgery

    I had an umbillical (belly button) hernia repaired about 6 months ago. Prior to surgery, I had the hernia for 2-3 years... so yes, it's something you can live with, as long as it gives you no pain. (And, they say: as long as you can push it back in - it is fine). They cut just below my belly...
