Ok..But if its colitis then should it not come in other tests like in Blood tests, ESR which indicates inflammation. If there are no sign of inflammation then how it can be colitis. Please suggest

I am suffering from stomach problem from last 2 years. Distention, rumbling, heaviness, loose stools, no appetite, weakness and lethargy in body. Undergone colonoscopy, endoscpy, sigmodoscopy, blood tests, upeer barium GI last year and all reports were normal. Though biopsy were not done...
