    I'm guessing the best painkillers would be prescription? When I asked if there is anything I can take for the pain, all he said was Tylenol.

    No I do not have a seton, the doctor only noticed it once I was diagnosed (although I'm almost 100% sure I've had it for quite a while but everyone kept saying 'it's a hemorrhoid') I go back to see him on Tuesday and he said they may have to drain the abscess... He wants to deal with this...

    Thanks, I guess I just find it odd that my family doctor didn't just come out and say it's Crohn's based on what the biopsy and CT scan said, but I guess I'll have to hear it from the GI specialist
