    I'm on the constipation side of this terrible disease with bloody bms since last year and have noticed (on more than one occasion) that my symptoms virtually disappear when I'm away on vacation! I go from barely squeezing out 2-3 very bloody bms a week ...to 2 soft,very complete and satifying...
