hi guys, I also seem to be part of this elite group of GSK1605786A triallers! Have been on it for a week now. No change in symptoms yet (chronic diarrhoea, colic, bloating etc) but feel a bit sick in the gut after the morning dose so have a feeling I've got a least a part dose. Really...
