The dr said normal for B12 is anywhere from 200 to 900 and he said I am at 500 but I have all the symptoms of needing it.. I don't think he told me my mag level just that it was acceptable. I know he didn't mention where the D or C was and he did those blood tests. Maybe they aren't back yet...
