    What diet changes can help with joint pain?

    I've found that a grass-grain-free diet totally controls my joint pain. That's no wheat, rice, corn, barley, rye, triticale.... I breakfast daily on sunflower, sesame and pumpkin seeds and lsa mix. Quinoa and buckwheat seem to be ok, and but my preference is to get my carbs from vegetables. I'm...
