    Well I do take a multivitamin. And calcium with D (years on pred plus menopause :) I have had my levels tested repeatedly. Mostly what I am is anemic (transfusions have also occured). I guess since I have the requisite 7 feet of small bowel, I am OK on B12. But thanks for asking! Sudsmom
