Anyone know how long it generally takes for Pentasa to reduce inflammation due to Crohn's? I have been taking it a month with absolutely no positive effects.

New Crohn's diagnosee here. My lower abdomen is chronically swollen. Curious if anyone else had this swelling and some tips for how you lessened this in your experience. Nothing I try seems to work...no matter what I eat, and I am taking probiotics and Pentasa. Thanks

New Crohn's diagnosee here. Does anyone else get severe constipation rather than diarrhea? One of my main symptoms is that I have chronic severe constipation that is really only lessened with laxatives. Curious if anyone else had this problem and what are some things that have helped you. Thanks
