Hi I have used Humira, Remicade with no effect. Went on stage 3 clinical trial in March of 2016 and almost had to go on dialysis, my GFR was at 20, now at 30. My creatinine was around 133 the day prior to first dose and within 7 days had gone to 176 and within 11 days to 189. So no more drugs...
