    I have b12 shots monthly in any case you should be asking your doctor, you cant OD on it and it stays in your system alot longer and absorbs more. Resections are always causing low b12 and iron, but my iron is ok...go figure.

    Long bathroom visits

    Yes the problem with going alot and then the bile eventually hits the area where is it bleeding, omg so much burning! After your bm use a non alcohol wipe and no perfume to wipe the area. Get some Calmoseptine, it is a cooling sensation and helps to heal the area. I am never without it!
