I havent drunk in ages due to being on tramadol daily but I used to find that drinking things like cocktails and smirnoff, wkd etc was hell! But neat vodka, gin etc was a lot better. Same as everyone that no alcohol will be tolerated well but I found the less of evils was neat for me.
