I didn't have GI symptoms other than a string cramp once or twice a day. Looking back, I was extremely fatigued and run down for a long time before serious onset.

I definitely can't eat raw fruits and veggies. Sometimes it's fine but not safe enough to build a diet on. I'm trying to get those nutrients from juice and am going to take some of the stash of Juice Plus I've been steering clear of just in case.

Sounds like the time varies quite a bit! Do you know what the switch process is? My next Humira is due the day before my 5/13 appt. I'd just as soon skip it if there's a chance of a switch.
