    Sorry to hear about your double digit daily bathroom visits. In the same boat here many a day. Ensure is better tasting now that it's switched to the plastic bottles over the tin cans. I only get the chocolate or mocha versions. Some of the pharmacy or supermarket house brands are okay too.
