    Frequency of Remicade Infusions?

Are you only on the Remicade? It's common for GI docs to put patients on Imuran along with Remicade. The Imuran might help a bit if your not already on it. My first Remicade infusion was April 2004 and I was on Imuran at that time. My dose was 5mg/kg every 8 weeks so depending on your body...

Do you think there will ever be a cure?

I believe that the one of the clinical trials with the bone marrow transplants won't be finalized until fall of 2014. I'm not 100% sure, but I came across it when I was searching in google. I think it was the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance or the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center website...

The combination of these meds got me by and my Crohn's went into remission after slowly tapering off the meds in 1999. In 2004 I had a nasty flare up and was put on Remicade along with imuran (again) and I took...

I recieve my infusions once every 8 weeks in the same spot (inside arm bend). The reason my doc put me on...

    Fistulas, Abcesses and Humira

I developed a fistula back in 2004 and the doc put me on Remicade and thankfully it healed within a few months. I have not tried Humira because the Remicade has been working extremely well over the last 8 years and I haven't had any fistulas develop since then. Everybodys reaction is different...
