Hi, My 8yr old is scheduled to start Remicade and I am kind of scared about the whole thing. Just curious as to why you guys chose Pentasa? What are the side effects?

So how long did the Remicade work for? How did he feel the day after and how did you know when it wore off?

My 8 yr old will be starting Remicade but I don't remember anything about Methotrexate...I will ask our doc. Please let me know when he starts and how it goes. Is he on Prednisone?
