    Thanks everyone! DustyKat, I was actually referred to a Rheumy because my gi wanted me to be evaluated for spondyloarthropathy. The reason I am so confused is that the rheumy is telling me she doesn't think this is a separate condition, and that the Crohn's can be manifesting as inflammation...

    It really can be just as painful! I'm glad you haven't had to deal with the joint pain since then! I have also experienced joint pain/tendonitis during flares. As if the Crohn's pain wasn't bad enough!:thumbdown:
