    Any recipes to share??

I make loads of soups, at least one a week. Get into veg stock cubes and buy and hand blender, and p[lay around with meat and veg soups. I also make tsatsiki quite a lot - natural yoghurt, grated cucumbers (skinned and deseeded) and chopped mint - healthy and refreshing :)

    Any Advice Please!!!

Yes, kind of, I had an ulcer on my duodenum where the stomach meets the intestines, which is why everything I ate was coming straight up again. This could be one explanation. Our New Diet Journey

I think your on the right track, I fortunately am controlling the whole thing through food, and Ive been researching this for months now, and I know a few other people who have done this too. I agree, natural is always best. My doc said to me that if I took Mercaptopurine, I could eat anything...

    Newbie...My story/waiting on diagnosis

Hi Hannah, Welcome to this site, I recently joined too. Ive been in that place where I am awaiting biopsy results. My advise would be really careful what you eat and stick to an alkaline diet, free of salt and spices. Its tough to know the severity without knowing what the diagnosis is. I...
