The bleeding has stopped, I just relocated to AZ s I'm a looking for a new GI. The cramping has occurred for a few weeks. Mostly just rectal inflammation but my symptoms are really mild.

I'm not completely symptom free, I sometimes have bleeding and lower abdominal cramping but I am getting more regular. I try to avoid high fiber and wheat foods so that seems to help. Thanks for all the discussions.

Hi everyone, Diagnosed with Crohn's this past year. Lucky for me it's mild and predom inflammation is rectal/decending colon. I'm not having too many issues but I'll just knock on wood for that. I'm hoping that this forum can help answer any questions I have and just let me talk with others who...
