I'm in the same boat I live in Australia so the pain meds are a little stricter here, but is there any suggestions on some pain meds? I've tried Tramadol and nothing & I have insomnia as well so I'm awake all the time with the pain. I have only had the stoma for the past 3 weeks so it's still so...
