Had a stoma reversal 3 months ago,and I'm eating normal and have put on a stone in weight,anyone had similar problems,also I just can't seem to shift this weight x

Hi,I had a illostomy reversal about 10 weeks ago,everything went as planned,I now suffer with a lot of wind and also I find I need to empty my bladder more and can't hold my urine like before,do u think ifs cause of my surgery,anyone else have had any similar problems. X

Does anyone have similar cravings,I had a op for Crohn's disease 8months ago and ended up with a Emergancy illostomy,I now have a craving for squash drink,I thought it would pass but still 8month in that's all I will drink, do you think it due to dehydration.

Hi ,my stoma has become swollen today,I'm in no pain,I've had my stoma for 8 months now and this has never happened before,do you think it's anything to worry about? Thanks

Any advice,I have a high output with my stoma,I'm always tired because nothing stays in me long enough,I take iron tablets, do you think multivitamins might help x

Your stoma nurse will help u find the right bag ,the aftercare was brilliant just take one day at a time ,you get up and down days but that's normal,good luck xx
