    I had spaghetti with red sauce last night and did not get heartburn. This is a first also. I still have no pain at all in my abdomen. I spoke to Dr. Slonim via email and he is a really nice doc. Very educated and upbeat about helping all of us with this disease.

    Hello Gianni, I would agree that the pain could be a placebo effect, however the frequency and consistency of going to the bathroom would not be placebo. I don't think I could will myself to having solid bathroom visits and only 3 times a day now. I will definitely keep everyone up to date...
