thanks everyone for your comments. I have been on 100mg since beginning of January 2013. Nausea at first was quite bad so my GI reduced it to 75mg and then again increased it to 100mg. I take 50mg in the morning and 50mg at night to help me tolerate it a bit better. I will give it one last go...
