Hi Mables3, I related to your post because I too have Crohn's, iritis, arthritis & neck pain. I had a neg RA test too recently. Nevertheless, I'm convinced I have it. I was diagnosed with Crohn's over 20 years ago. It get's easier to manage. Good luck.
