    Hi Guys, Sorry I have not followed up on the posts. 2015 was an extremely busy and eventful year for me. I won a local Nationwide Fitness competition. I got on the Humira. I intend to be more active with crohnsforum, as part of my plans to help other members in every which way posssible.
