    Thank you! Sometimes I have mild flares (blood, cramping) and blood work comes back OK. Those go away after a couple days to a week. The fatigue can come with those symptoms and sometimes alone. Sometimes I feel just weak and tired. I have noticed sometimes it is when it is getting close to...
