Unfermented β-fructan Fibers Fuel Inflammation in Select Inflammatory Bowel Disease Patients

i think i get part what you are saying......i dont take it to the same extreme tho.....it follows well enough logic to me, up to a point, but sometimes we also DO see the chicken did come first and it came from across the road.....etc etc lol.... i.e. they may have disregarded some "baddies"...

Thinking about Crohn's wrong has set patients back decades

but of course if there are active issues going on the best treatment can make things worse.....it seems like there needs to be several step treatments for changeups when things progress its just alot to figure out for anyone i guess

Thinking about Crohn's wrong has set patients back decades

i like to think things like epicor that increase immunoglobin-A might make a difference in helping prevent unusual expressions/imbalances... or correcting them.....but i dont think it can only rely on things like that so simply for everyone.......if enough pieces of a puzzle are put together tho...

Thinking about Crohn's wrong has set patients back decades

yes i think its a little of a trigger for me haha its like is it not possible to just not use things found to be harmful?....i saw another study like oh they need oil lets try feeding them corn and see what happens.......this is doctors and educated intelligent people....it almost feels like we...

    Vagus nerve and Crohn's disease

btw...the reason of what i said.....is after watching a program talking about mice who were given bacteria from other mice who had MS....those mice then acted like they had MS....due to this vagus nerve communicating... its like microbes have to much power or control, but then again we are the...

Thinking about Crohn's wrong has set patients back decades

try asking google simply something like maltodextrin + crohns.....its weird to consider that as an ingredient....or anything which is a known antagonizer... "vitamins" can tend to not be "natural" as well which can predictably complicate issues vs a more direct form of nutrition. ive shifted...

For those who have done EEN, what is your selection of the formula?

i think i am more concerned about e.coli than carbs...in regards to crohns...although i dont like either of them.... in regards to the oil im looking more about how easy it is to break down and how the body uses it...like how long the chains are then favoring MCT or natural as possible animal...

For those who have done EEN, what is your selection of the formula?

maltodextrin! multivitamins arent always ideal either, but i sure wouldnt want to rely on them solely....type of oil matters too.... i swear someone just needs to make an effort on a formula thats logical, but i know its hard to fit one everyone can make and do etc..

    Vagus nerve and Crohn's disease

im not sure what that stimulation might be exactly.....but that is how bacteria control neurotransmitters and such so i imagine balancing bacteria would count as nerve stimulation?

    Iron question

    Crohns Disease, Cellular Attack

sad to hear that....i know, we never know what twists and turns with this, there are some good ones as well tho and i know you are all over every option... with me i still really have no clue...lol....but i do have an appt with my PCP next week so that will be the first labs ive seen in a year...

    Crohns Disease, Cellular Attack

with diet i think the problem is it is too complicated a topic to even put it in a box.....so i am skeptical of something saying diet absolutely is or isnt, triggering, whatever..... even if a single person keeps an exact routine, the body still mixes things up and there are always...

    Crohns Disease, Cellular Attack

it seems to have to do at least partly with intestinal permeability....then once you have things passing thru places which should not be the body is more easily confused when seeing "normal" things.... so a thing like that can trigger inflammation, then that, makes the permeability issue worse...

    Antifungals and Crohn's

my feelings are along the general assumptions we may have.....like....balance of biome and such, reaching to the opposite direction of leaky gut anythings etc... but then we arrive to.......what causes the dysbiosis to begin with? type questions.... which still to me.....points to what we put...

    Is this a logical routine?

i know i have been told.....humira and macdonalds for the win......thats 2 things....simple right....what could go wrong? of course everything can have some risk, there is no escaping that for us....and of course being natural does not mean without toxicity or side effects.....but we can also...

Thinking about Crohn's wrong has set patients back decades

to me i feel many tests fail by trying to treat it singularly......i understand it is "impractical" to enact more complicated trials, but its got to be a combination of diet and bacterial balancing etc which actually makes sense...rather than simply observing oddities in a one factor test, that...

    Is this a logical routine?

if i want to consider everything i put in my mouth as a "drug", then it will be more than 48......i didnt even mention things like ginger extract.... so, it comes back a little like......do i want to be more afraid of natural compounds/medicines and basic foods/spices? or chrons.....i sort of DO...

    Is this a logical routine?

you think it still is? i am not sure exactly what i would cut out of the current list tbh.....or why.... i do feel i was able to kind of eliminate a few that were doing more harm than good.....by tracing some obvious logics....like some "immunity boosters" or even certain antioxidants that just...
