    Vitamin Deficiencies- D & B12

Have serious concerns about what you're being told. I've read the medical journals; there is no consensus that liquid vitamins work and solid ones do not. Just because a pill does not dissolve in water does not mean it's useless -- try putting a piece of steak in water for a few days & see what...

    Heart Pounding and rapid beating

Sounds like your Dr. felt 80 beats or fewer were best for you. technically, for a "typical" adult, under 100 resting heart rate beats per minute (after 5 minutes at rest) is considered normal. Different rules apply if you have an infection or major illness. Tachycardia = rapid heart rate.

Stomach lining is very specialized to withstand this; there is a layer of mucous, and cells/glands of the stomach are located under the mucous...

    Undiagnosed, but closing in

Sorry to hear that things are so up-in-the-air regarding not having a definite diagnosis! Every test in medicine has "sensitivity" and "specificity"; high sensitivity lets you "rule out" a disease if you test negative on the test, high specificity lets you "rule in" the disease if you test...
