    Stacyface Thanks for the message. Perhaps our paths will cross! I live in New Mexico and have Presbyterian Health Plan. I was denied twice but on the third try they accepted it. I just returned from Chicago late last night for the week of pre-testing. It was a lot of test but went well! Thanks DT
