Well, the good news is that the CR surgeon ruled out Crohn's. The bad news is that it appears I need to have a surgical procedure to fix the fistula...again. The seton is in and isn't as bad as I thought, or I'm still under the influence and haven't felt the full effects yet. Still unsure...
