    Hi Amy, Thank you for your message. I don't take any meds as I have previously not thought it necessary. It normally doesn't seem to affect my daily life and then I have one of these episodes which brings me right back down to earth! Anyway, I'm going to make an appointment to see my GI. Thanks

    I haven't spoken to my GI. I went for a check-up back in December and had a colonoscopy and they said it all looked completely normal. I think I will try to make an appointment with my GI. Thanks for your comments by the way.
