Morning All, What does anyone know about Fiber? I'm trying to get my diet into order as at the moment it seems EVERYTHING I eat bloats me....

My right side always hurts esp about 2hrs after I eat... its like a throbbing pain and when it's bad it stings and stabs. I've been told it's when the food moves along your intestines and coz I've got a narrowing I feel it more.
