Still using LDN 4.5 mg. Also taking 3mg of budesonide in the morning and 4 of the big pentasa pills in the evening. Just had CBC and CRP. CBC looked great and CRP was .08 Not sure what is due to what but I'm satisfied with it. I feel great. Very physically active and my diet is still very clean.

I'm on entocort and LDN. Entocort isn't systemic like prednisone so I assume taking it at normal dose is just fine.

There is nothing wrong with a little fructose in moderation. Coconut water has less sugar than man-made sports drinks.

It's one of those things that you never know until you try. If you can tolerate it, then it will be an excellent way to replenish your electrolytes.

That sucks. I've been there. I don't think it is the cannabis! My libido is healthy now and it actually increased after I started taking LDN. Are you depressed? That has a huge effect on libido as I'm sure you know. The only suggestion I have is to try to get more cardio if you feel up to it...

You should get the flare under control before you start LDN because it takes a while to work, as others have stated. Have you tried Flagyl?
