I run because my pain goes away at the next day , but after running my gut starts to give me signals (bigger pain) to stop. I stop and then i walk slowly and the pain disapears. Then the next day I don't have any pain at all.

Has anyone with a mild version of the disease besides noticed if you work out the pain disapears ?

I will find out on monday , my doctor had to leave for a confference and I remain till then with prednison and no salt (this is the biggest curse). Btw how important is quitting smoking ?

So this week did another colonoscopy , and the doc figured out that it's crohn . On monday i begin the biological treatment , should I be worried of some secondary effects ? Like the hunger and acneea from the prednison ?

Yes a lot of fatigue , and yes I'm on a calcium supplement and something for the liver so the meds don't affect it . By the way my diet doesn't allow me to eat fruits , vegetables , milk and milk derivates and I am allowed to drink only tea and decaf coffe . Could this be the diet for the rest...
