Hi Louiss, good luck with the infusion, I'm nearly 5 years on this drug and it's changed my life!! I was not offered pre-meds and luckily I've never had a reaction. My blood pressure drops during and after infusion but I'm always fine to drive myself home afterwards. I'm usually tired that...
