Hello Members –
Michael gave me permission to share something that may be of interest to you. UCB recently announced the launch of the 2008 UCB Crohn's Scholarship Program, which will award 30, one-time scholarships of up to $10,000 each to students diagnosed with Crohn's disease who demonstrate academic ambition and drive to reach beyond the boundaries of their condition. We work with UCB and want to help them pass along this information, so people with Crohn’s who might be interested can learn about the scholarship and have the opportunity to apply.
The program is designed for applicants of any age and applicants must be legal and permanent residents of the United States. If you or any of your friends with Crohn's are interested in learning more, applications are now available at CrohnsAndMe.com, an online community created to help empower patients and supporters to live fully by being proactive in their care. If you have questions about the scholarship that are not answered there, please feel free to contact me.
Sincerely,
Jon Byington
