2nd opinion mississippi options

Newbie here.

My son's wife, H, has recently been diagnosed with Crohn's. Treatment thus far has been antibiotics and steroids. We are very early into this journey. The family is pulling together to help.

My son, J, is looking for a 2nd opinion. He is not totally satisfied with the treatment and progress. impatience? dissatisfaction? They live in central Mississippi. He is looking for a great doctor within 2-3 hours: UAB? Mobile? Jackson?

any input would be appreciated.

well, the doctor directory was nearly a dead-end.
25 names, but only one review, that I saw.
I suppose one must link on each doctor to see if they are reviewed?
