I've read several comments here about 6MP and feelings of extreme fatigue or "brain fog". I am on day 3 of 100mg, and am feeling -- well, funny. I don't know if it's power-of-suggestion or not. I wouldn't call it fatigue, exactly, more just mentally absent, like what I'd really be most comfortable doing is sitting and contemplating a blank wall. I don't feel physically tired.

I know I'm hypersensitive, but is it even possible to feel this sort of effect after only 3 days?

I'd be interested in hearing other people's experiences of this sort with 6MP.

Unfort, will MTX and 6mp... It's like that. But the good news is that those type of side effects usually resolve later in treatment. 3 days is pretty fast so hopefully later in the week or by day 7+ you will start feeling better.

They DO go away but immuno-mods are known to cause that type of anxiety.

That's a really good description! Like you've probably seen in some of my other posts, I've been back on 6mp since Sept (with a month break in Dec while the docs tried to sort out some other health issues). I laughed at the "contemplating a blank wall" part, because once a week I model for an drawing group - I thought I'd be bored out of my mind, but I just stare at a spot on the wall and the time goes by before I know it!!!!

I agree with kasper - 3 days seems quick for this to start. But who knows? Meds seem to effect everyone differently. Unfortunately when I was on 6mp long-term before this never resolved for me. Some days are worse than others, and I find that if I want to get anything done I have to make a to-do list and seriously force myself to "get moving".
