I'm trying 6mp at my request to my GI. I had bad reactions to AZA recently when I tried to restart it after being off of it for several years (nausea/headache), and couldn't get above 25mg.

Now up to 25mg on 6mp a few days in. And tonight feeling the most unwell so far. Checked my blood pressure at 107 over 77 which is really weird because I'm normally about 129 over 85 at all times. Feeling pretty spacey and just not good. Cardio feels stressed. Not sure how or if I can really titrate up with these kinds of reactions. Anyone relate to any of this?

Unfortunately no (well also fortunate for me I suppose), not with 6MP. :( All I can really suggest is letting your GI doctor know right away. Although that's still in the "normal" range I know what it feels like to have your blood pressure drop too low or suddenly. Happened with my heart medication. We tried doing 50mg but it made me so weak and short of breath. Wasn't a fun time but once we lowered the dose back to 25mg it wasn't as bad. It still lowers it but not as badly as before. If you don't think you can live with this side effect (not all side effects go away) then you may have to try something else. Let us know what your GI says cause I know that weakness and short of breath are on the more serious side effects list for 6MP.
