For those following the MAP/crohn's connection, the proceedings of the 12th International Colloquium on Paratuberculosis are now online.
I haven't made enough posts to be able to post real links, but if you google
'International association paratuberculosis', you'll get the association's website. Click on 'Publications' and then under 'Proceedings of the 12th International Colloquium on Paratuberculosis' click 'Proceedings'.
Most of it is about cattle/sheep, but if you scroll right to the bottom of the page there's a section called:
PUBLIC HEALTH AND MAP IN THE ENVIRONMENT
One discussing the possible use of Dietzia ssp. as a treatment for Crohn's. Another, the rates of detectable MAP in infant formula.
I'm hoping to find some of these talks on youtube at some stage also. The last conference had some uploaded.
