Aches and pains since IFX

Just wondering if someone can help settle my mind a little. Last night I started having really bad pains under my armpit - but no lump or anything. This morning it had gone, and I went for my second remicade treatment as planned today. However, since getting back home, its started up again and is starting to worry me. Sharp little pains and feeling really sensitive.

Any idea whether this is a side effect (even though it started last night before my second dose)? Something I should go to the doctor about?

I've also got general aches and pains across my body (neck, back..) but this pain in my armpits is different.
