Advice Request - Inflammation of the hair follicles

I have had lesions on my scalp most of this year. The dermatologist tells me that they are an inflammation of the hair follicles caused by Remicade. I called my dermatologist's office and they said that because of the severity of the Crohn's Disease, I can't go off the Remicade. I called my gastroentologist's office to see if they could put me on something else like Humira. My doctor and the physician's assistants have already left for today. This time around, I am experiencing some pain from the lesions. If the doctor says that I can't try Humira, what am I supposed to do? Thanks.
