I know this may sound like a silly question.
I was diagnosed with Crohn's about 10 years ago.
I've had my ups and downs. But for the past 4-6 months, it's been tough.
I feel like I'm one meal away from getting a horrid stomach ache/bloating. And it seems like if I eat even a little bit too much (ex: 2 chicken breasts instead of 1) then I can also feel horrid for 1-3 days.
I've always been able to eat a good amount of food in 1 sitting. But I feel for the past 4-6 months, I've had to watch what I eat, as well as my portions.
My bowel movements have also been hit or miss. diarrhea/water/solid. Seems to alternate every few days.
I had a colonoscopy the other day. Doc said it looked ok in there. Waiting results on biopsy.
In the past I've had an abscess removed. Wonder if that could be the case this time? Or am I just flaring?
