Hi Everyone,
My son will be having a colonoscopy in 10 days with the likely outcome of a diagnosis of Chrons. He had an endoscopy to look for Celiac due to growth failure and delayed puberty. They ended up finding a granuloma in his stomach and swelling in his stomach and abdomen that they think is due to Chrons.
I was curious what the range of costs for medications are as we determine whether to switch health plans at our next open enrollment which is pretty soon. I know this can vary widely but hearing what your expenses generally run for blood work, medications and doctors visits on years without major surgery or testing would be helpful.
