Consider making it a daily ritual - read the anti inflammatory effects of each.

Carrot is really sweet, and it is more than tolerable in terms of taste. Wash your carrots and parsley very thoroughly before use and it will be noticeably sweeter and less earthy.

2 cups carrot juice:

Fresh is always better.

For everyone opposed to eliminating foods from your diet - consider adding this daily to help balance against that bacon and eggs high protein high fat low fibre types of meals.
 
Another natural anti inflammatory is ginger. I buy the fresh ginger in the store, cut and peel the piece and drop in some hot water. Can chill to make ice tea or luke warm. Helps with nausea and inflammation. Ah, a healthy tummy!
