Interesting! I actually have wild black raspberries growing in my yard, they're just starting to become ripe right now. I love eating them so it's good to know that they might help me in an anti-inflammatory way!

i used to be more disciplined to eat at least 1 cup a day of small dark berries. I will return to this good habit as of today. An easy way is to buy them frozen as well. Available all year round and less expensive also.

cranberries is what I eat the most, I tolerate them the best. And frozen is so convenient I agree. throw in some strawberries, raspberries once in a while. Blueberries have alot of sugar they are hard for me to tolerate, rarely do I eat them.

Yes, frozen is definitely the way to go most of the year. Right now most berries are in season so it's easy and not too expensive to buy them fresh (or grow them myself, although rabbits just ate all my strawberries in my garden before I could harvest them). When they're not in season, I buy big bags of frozen fruit and add the frozen fruit to my oatmeal every day. Yum!
