I currently in a flare, last few days I feel like I'm on my way to remission, thanks to changing to weekly Humira. I have also kept a food journal, because there are some foods triggering symptoms. So, my question is, what kinds of foods do you eat for snacks?

Also, when I try and change the info on my profile, I can't seem to do it. Anyone know how?

Thanks!

One thing I like is Kellogg's Special K Cracker Chips. They're baked instead of fried. However, they've got a lot of sodium so I don't get them much and only get them when I have a coupon or they're on sale. My favorites are the cheddar, sour cream and the southwest ranch ones.

Husband and I both also like their Pastry Crisps. They're a great snack especially when there's 2 of you and there's 2 bars in a pack.

Nothing has an effect on me but beef and coconut shreds, and I think that's the connective tissue of beef and the shreds of coconut clogging things up.

My gastroenterologist said that all his Crohn's patients have ended up on weekly Humira.

I find biscuits are best for me, ginger biscuits and custard creams tend not to last too long! cannot seem to tolerate bourbons and i stay away from oaty or chocolate just because of my own personal tolerances.
